My vcr missed the last few minutes of Lost tonight. Can someone fill me in on what happened between Boone and Locke at the end?

Thanks! Before they revealed it was just a hallucination I was thinking that Locke had just set Boone free, but that he wouldn't appreciate it. But I guess Locke has another convert.
