I've never done one of these before. I was going to speculate on SV but I'm too sleepy now.

1. What's your favorite cheese?
Dill Havarti
2. How long do you hold onto odd socks before giving up on finding their mate?
We have a stray sock drawer, so every often I clean it out and match up pairs. I don't think I've thrown anything out that didn't have holes, though.
3. Who was your favorite musical artist when you were 15? Yes, you can only pick one!
I think it was Queen
4. What shape are your fingernails in right now?
Short and clean
5. Two scoops: of what?
One of coffee oreo and one of Toscanini's hazelnut.
6. What's your earliest memory?
Seeing our blue VW Beetle parked in the driveway of the house we moved into when I was three.
7. When does your pet look funniest?
No pet.
8. What do you collect?
Not sure I collect anything at this point. I'm trying to declutter. Recipes maybe...
9. What's better than sex?
Nothing is better than sex. A ham sandwich is better than nothing, so a ham sandwich is better than sex. QED.
10. What things are you brand-loyal to?
Ghiradelli's ground chocolate. Arm & Hammer unscented detergent. Um. I think that's it
11. Favorite Dr. Seuss book?
The Sneeches and Other Stories. I've always liked "What was I scared of."
12. Best meal you've had lately?
The lunch at my niece's bat mitzvah. Acorn squash and wild mushrooms. Sesame noodles. Do caterers ever give out the recipes?
13. Peanut Butter and ________?
Apple. Legacy of an ex-boyfriend.
14. Who's your favorite poet?
That's tough. Robert Frost, maybe, or A.A.Milne.
15. Where are you going on vacation this year?
Maine.
16. If you could change careers tomorrow with no strings attached, what would you be?
Folk singer.

Diet coke, but I'm on the wagon until I give birth and possibly not until the kid is weaned.

Blue

Cobwebs, family photos, random kid artwork.
Some strange caution signs the kids made on the computer: "Caution: beware of cat" and "Caution: don't you dare catch a mouse and eat it." No, we don't have a cat and I'm hoping they will be satisfied with the Fur-real kittens they got recently, for a while, anyway. The mice should be safe at least.
