My people are serious carnivores so I put sausage in the dressing, too. These people could eat meat stuffed with meat, it's kind of scary.

When we're on our own, which is every other year, generally, we eat out on Thanksgiving. There used to be a faboo brunch at a local hotel, but the hotel has changed hands and since then, no Thanksgiving brunch. 8-(

My favorite stuffing goes well with chicken, but I don't think I'd try it with turkey. It's new potatoes, green olives and rosemary, moistened with enough olive oil to make it stick together. Yum!
